- Deliver airworthy aircraft on time: Ensure aircraft are fully serviceable and meet flight-readiness deadlines.
- Perform maintenance per OEM docs and AMM: Follow manufacturer and manual instructions for all work to ensure compliance.
- Diagnose faults and rectify defects: Identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Order and track correct spares: Ensure accurate parts ordering and availability to support maintenance schedules.
- Maintain tool control and safety compliance: Keep tools accounted for and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Adhere to SACAA and aviation authority regulations: Comply with all legal and regulatory maintenance standards.
- Ensure high-quality work within standard timeframes: Deliver consistently high workmanship while meeting time expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve avionics issues: Accurately identify and repair electrical and avionics system faults.
- Implement ADs, ASBs, CSNs, and SSIs: Apply required modifications and updates to maintain regulatory and operational compliance.
- Support internal and external audits: Assist with inspections and provide accurate records as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and technical documentation: Maintain adherence to all maintenance and safety documentation standards.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective, practical solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Good Analytical Skills: Capable of interpreting technical data and system diagnostics to make informed maintenance decisions.
- Strong on Compliance: Consistently adheres to aviation regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures.
- Good Administration Skills: Maintains accurate records, documentation, and inventory control to support audit readiness and operational efficiency.
- Good Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and reporting.
