- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for DRC and Tunisia.
- Lead all sales and marketing activities in the region to ensure target achievement.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Act as the brand ambassador, representing the company and its solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Software sales, preferably in SaaS solutions
- Proven success engaging with BFSI clients and/or government sectors
- Strong market analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Alternatively, any degree with relevant experience in IT/Software sales.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing advantageous.
- Consistent academic performance (minimum 60%) from recognised institutions.
- Proficiency in international languages relevant to DRC/Tunisia will be an advantage
